Request. Connect. Refer.
A warm referral network connecting qualified creative project professionals with active opportunities through our in-network staffing and talent placement agencies, based on experience, skills, and the requirements of each role.
Review the Field Brief: Start with the AGOffice™ Adaptable Governance™ Field Brief. It introduces how we approach governance across creative, marketing, agency, and enterprise environments and serves as required pre-work for referral consideration.
Explore an Opportunity: Browse current AGOffice™ referral opportunities or bring us a role you’ve found elsewhere. Opportunities may be shared publicly or through our private network, depending on the role and referral pathway.
Request a Referral: Found an opportunity that aligns with your experience? Submit your résumé, LinkedIn profile, compensation acknowledgment, and three reasons you believe you’re qualified. Each submission is reviewed against the requirements of the role and the available referral pathway.
The 30-Minute Pull Up: If your submission appears aligned, you’ll be invited to meet with our founder to discuss your experience, the opportunity, and your understanding of Adaptable Governance™. This conversation helps us better understand your qualifications, interests, and potential fit for relevant opportunities.
Referral + PMOHQ™: When an appropriate referral pathway exists, AGOffice™ may submit a direct recommendation to a recruiting or staffing agency. Referral submissions are based on the professional’s qualifications, role requirements, and the availability of an appropriate connection.
Practitioners successfully placed through an AGOffice™ referral may also be eligible for PMOHQ™ Closed Beta access.
Explore current opportunities shared through the AGOffice™ RCR Network. Listings may include roles presented to us through our staffing and talent placement partners, as well as opportunities brought forward by professionals in our network.
New and active opportunities will be added as they are requested or presented to us. Some opportunities may be shared directly with vetted network members when appropriate.
Follow AGOffice™ on LinkedIn and Instagram to hear about newly shared opportunities and updates from the RCR Network.
* The AGOffice™ may receive a fee for successful placements of referrals.
The RCR Network is designed to build professional connections beyond a single opportunity. Vetted practitioners may be invited to join our private group chat (coming soon), where we share relevant role announcements, circulate new opportunities, and coordinate potential referral connections.
Access to the private group chat is by invitation and may depend on professional fit and network needs. Membership does not guarantee access to every opportunity, a referral, an interview, or placement.
Throughout my eight-year career in project management across agency and enterprise environments, I’ve built relationships with recruiters and staffing agencies and regularly encountered opportunities I couldn’t pursue due to existing commitments or limited capacity. As peers in my network began asking for introductions and referrals, I saw an opportunity to make those connections more intentional, efficient, and experience-based.
The AGOffice™ RCR Network Referral Pipeline provides a structured way for qualified project professionals to share their experience, connect briefly with me, and be considered for relevant opportunities through my network of staffing and talent placement agencies.
Found a project management opportunity within one of our in-network staffing and talent placement agencies? Send us the requisition and we’ll review whether an appropriate referral pathway exists.
